About the art

Trafford Parsons is a British street artist whose work combines contemporary street art, surreal imagery and bold urban pop art. A graduate of Goldsmiths, University of London, He received a BA in Fine Art in 2003 and has since developed a distinctive visual language that merges Pop culture, Surrealism, mythology and cinematic symbolism with the raw energy of street art.
Working across studio practice and public space, Trafford Parsons produces handmade limited edition screen prints, urban art prints, original paintings and large-scale mural commissions. His work is recognised for strong graphic composition, layered textures and surreal characters that reflect the visual culture of film, music and modern mythology.
Alongside collectible street art prints and contemporary urban art editions, Trafford creates large-scale murals across the UK, transforming walls, commercial spaces and public environments with striking contemporary street art. Each piece is produced with deliberate craft and a commitment to bold visual impact.

I am very very dyslexic, over the years this has gifted me with a unique view of the world, working things out through observation rather than reading the instructions. I'm obsessed with music as well as dancing, with successful career performing and promoting events. I divide my time between Performance and studio work, Street art large Murals and commissions for Venues, Record Companies, Restaurants, Shop shutters - Art has truly left the Gallery.
